We were so impressed with the level of expertise: electrician resolved a pretty tricky electrical issue that another highly rated electrician totally failed us on.

Also impressed with the service with a smile from the technicians and the Customer service lady who picks up the phone when you call the company number. More than once, she very kindly handled my questions, and she handled this last payment issue (that was my fault) so smoothly and giving such a “customer is right” attitude, that I had to write this review. Good service, which is rare in these parts, needs to be rewarded!

We are now members of Expert Electric, and will be using them regularly whenever we need to!

I submitted a question via email and surprisingly got a phone call less than 5 minutes later. An electrician showed up the same day to provide an accurate quote and assessment. We decided to move ahead and he completed the work very efficiently. He was very kind and careful with our belongings as well, which I appreciated. I received a follow-up call a few days later from their office to make sure everything went well.
